Update the progress after 8 weeks on Ketogenic diet, IF and doing appreciated exercise. My body weight dropped only 3 kgs due to I do weight lifting & cardio regularly,but obviously noticed toning up of entire body, energized and good sleep.So I don't care much about weighting in. If we wanted rapid, but healthy result,I DO encourage ladies to add strength training or exercising besides keto. Stay tuned people! Here we go keto and IF family!
