I started watching videos on your keto diet a week before Easter. It was Easter Sunday when I started your keto plan cold turkey. I went ACV, Lemon water 2x a day, and started Intermittently Fasting that day. I eat 3 eggs over easy, 2 cups of either cauliflower, asparagus, brussell sprouts or broccoli and 6 oz of wild caught salmon or grass fed hamburger. I keep the same meal plan to keep it basic and easy. Today I started keto coffee with coconut oil unrefined and ghee with turmeric powder. I joined a local gym today since I’m feeling great and it's time to start. My starting weight was 380 lbs and got on the scale in my briefs only and I’m down 140 pounds. I’ve got some more to lose to get to my target weight but today I’m more motivated then I was in the start!! I’m thankful for your videos! All I can say is I like to K.I.S.S PLAN.
