Tummy Troubles

Over the past few years, I’ve suffered from bloating, abdominal pain, and constipation. I’ve tried several remedies to elevate my symptoms, to no avail. Fiber supplements helped for maybe a week then stopped working. Laxatives would work, but I didn’t like the side effects. I tried increasing my vegetable intake, but saw no change. I eat a lot of red meat, which I no I shouldn’t do. And I don’t drink enough water. I started to research reasons why someone would have chronic symptoms like mine and found Dr. Bergs YouTube videos about gall bladder problems. I watched all his videos on this subject and his gallbladder support supplement. I decided to try it. I took 1 dose first with my evening meal to see if it would upset my stomach and I felt fine with no concerns. I took my 2nd dose at lunch the next day and by that evening, I had a normal BM. I mess concerned this would be like all the other things that would work for a little while and then not work anymore, but I kept taking 1 dose a day usually with my largest meal. I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks now. I have to say, I’m feeling much better and having a good BM now at least every day or two!! Before I would not have a BM sometimes for 4-5 days or more!! I plan on continuing to take this gallbladder support supplement as long as it keeps working! And by the way, I do still have my gallbladder. Thank you Dr. Berg for this supplement; it has changed my digestive health for the better!!!!
