The True Cost of Keto... lazy Saturday morning my wife (and partner on our journey) decided to clean the closet of all the clothes that don’t fit anymore!!! Can’t even imagine how many thousands of dollars got donated today. Picture of us in January 2017 and another pic of us today. Pile of clothes as we went thru them, 7 full totes of stuff we didn’t want to donate yet, (maybe have a yard sale try to recoup some $ lol) and 8 bags of clothing donated. I went from a 38-40” waist to a 34”. From a 2X shirt to a large. Jo Ann went from a size 9-10 into a 4. 256 lbs on Feb 4 to 199 in mid July and kept it off since. My wife has lost 30 lbs as well. It wasn’t easy but nothing worthwhile ever is. Anyone struggling or feels like quitting... don’t do it. If you fall off the wagon or mess up, don’t worry about it. Start over. It’s worth it in the end and the pride you will feel is priceless.
