Success with ITF and Healthy Keto

Back at the beginning of August this year (2021) I came across Dr. Berg's 30 days Keto Challenge and decided to give it a go. At this time I was 10 kg overweight and my BMI index said I was Pre-Obese as it was sitting at 29 and for my height and age I should be between 20.5 to 22.9.
At age 59 and post-menopausal, I struggled to lose weight and had only one kidney, diabetes, and heart disease. In my family, it was important that I lose weight and increase my exercise to stave off any health issues. I had taken on an exercise challenge so was doing regular exercise but not losing weight, so I decided to also take up Dr. Berg's 30-day challenge. As I had a low body metabolism, I decided to go for the one meal a day around 1 pm each day, along with the healthy Keto. Fast forward to mid-October and I have lost the 10kg's and now working on maintaining the weight loss. I have stuck with both the ITF and Healthy Keto but just increased my Fat and some carbs but only a little and so far so good.
My BMI is now 21.9 and my weight is 52 kgs. I also keep up the exercise. I feel great and love being back to my original size and fitting all my old clothes.
