Started in May of this year at 204 lbs. Today I weigh in at 188 lbs. Most important is my Hgb AIC reading today at 6.2 down from 8 +. I'm going to be 68 in September, 5'9" tall retired woman. Never cheat but do overeat about every other week. ACV each day and practice IF 18: 6 ratio. I continue Keto for weight loss and hope to reach 160 lbs. I am a diabetic on oral medication and under control wit Keto.
Typical Day of Eating:
Coffee with whole cream and stevia
2:00 2 cup salad, jicama, tomatoes, green onion, avocado, tuna,
mayonnaise
or 4 strips bacon and 2 eggs, or snack: 1 Tabl. peanut butter and 1/4 to 1/2 Fuji apple
5:00 zucchini and yellow vegetable, butter, pork roast, coleslaw salad,
mayonnaise
8:00 1 0r 2 hard boiled eggs with mayonnaise or more pork roast. I
drink 64 oz. of diet snapple a day with my ACV.
