Pseudo healthy diet

I think my success story is simple but important. I have been trying to eat healthy for a long time, but I'm afraid some elements of my diet were very harmful. For example, a large amount of fruit juices or a lot of honey (or maple syrup) every day. Dr. Berg's videos helps me change many wrong habits which were more harmful than helping and I also found out many new types of superfoods. Best Regards, Adam from Poland
