Last winter during the viral mess we were going through, I began to gain weight. At first, it was a couple of pounds and not very noticeable. I continued to gain through the winter season even though I also continued my workout regime at the gym - every M-W-F. By the time of March, I was up 24 pounds, this may seem slight to some but for me I was sluggish, decreased stamina, lethargy, wanting to eat when I wasn't really hungry. One day, I saw your website on YouTube and watched a segment about intermittent fasting and gave it a try. This wasn't a Keto diet just fasting along with my workouts. By the time of July rolled around, I had lost that 24 lb. ball and chain plus a little more. At the gym, my friends noticed and commented on my "trim look". Intermittent fasting worked for me and it wasn't that difficult.
