Thank you, Dr. Berg, thanks for your advice! I have gone from 21.1 stone to 13.3 stone (134kg to 85kg) since January 10th. Thanks to all of your advice I’ve been able to do it in a safe and secure way and have completely changed my lifestyle and habits forever, thank you. Some of the things I’ve adopted in my lifestyle:

1. I intermittent fast for 20 - 23 hours a day

2. I fast every Monday, sometimes just for Monday (so 48 hours from Sunday to Tuesday) Other times I fast from Monday to whatever day I fancy eating again.

3. I no longer have processed foods or sugars.

4. With Dr. Bergs advice and info I have completely changed my diet and have tailored a diet that suits me.

I can’t thank Dr. Berg enough for all of his videos and countless valuable tips for living a healthy fruitful life.
