My First Week I Lost 5 lbs!

So over the last year, I lost over 60 pounds using a balanced diet. However, I hit a serious plateau and 4/4 months did not lose 1 oz. In fact, I gained 4 lb while I was highly skeptical I have been watching Dr. Berg's videos for about 3 months and finally decided to give it a try. I've been following on this site for about a month I. my first week I lost 5 lbs! more than I've ever lost in a single week. I am not as regimented as some of the people I see on the site but do vitamin supplements..and and electrolytes. I have really just been setting a goal to try to have 20 grams or less of carbohydrates to mentally get over the hump. I'm hoping to strengthen my regime the longer I do it and get off these last 40 lb. I appreciate all the post that people put up because it really does give great ideas of things to try and modify.
