Hi Dr. Berg, I've been listening to you and others for more than a year now. I started with Mannatech. Then I added your advice. I have now lost 23kg. 24cm around my middle, over 18months. Have increased my health, decreased the inflammations. While I was high risk and have had all the comorbidities for covid-19. I had covid-19 on August 21, with minimal symptoms. I praise God for having your info. And the impact it had on my life. The only problem now is my clothes don't fit...
