I began my weight loss journey around the same time covid-19 began, I suffer from fibromyalgia. Every day I had pain everywhere. I began to give up on losing weight. I even at one point said my goal was to gain weight. Actually, I felt like I could die. However, all changed with Gods grace! I started to change my eating with Mediterranean diet which I lost about 40 lbs then I switch to a low carb / along with exercise. I lost 110 lbs!!! I am still at an ahhh. I went from a size 24 to 14 and going strong! Now I walk 5 to 6 days a week. 2 to 5 miles. Plus 3 days a week I work on strength training at home with dumb bells, burpees, lunges, etc. I still have to deal with fibro but exercise helps! The biggest lesson I learned is You have to balance your mind, body, soul to live a happy life .
