Lost 25 kilos by following Dr. Berg's videos.

Thank you all for your kind reactions. I started following Dr. Berg's videos two years ago. My start weight was 94 kilos. I felt miserable, I was an emotional eater, snacked whenever I wanted, told myself that it was ok, that I deserved it. Feeling sorry for myself, playing the victim. Looking at Dr. Berg's videos it slowly dawned on me that I was my own worst enemy. I started slowly cutting out carbs and sugar. After a few months, I started IF. I tried all the different ways of fasting, After trying I decided not to eat before 12:30pm and after 8 pm. The things I eat are what Dr. Berg tells us in his videos. When I crave bread, I allow myself sometimes but I never eat sweets anymore and never eat processed food. I prefer to cook myself instead of eating out. I take a long walk at least three times a week. I'm now 69 Kilos. Thank you Dr. Berg.
