Lost 20 Lbs (So far)

Hello Dr. Berg, Thanks! Great advice and hints on diet. I’m not doing Keto per se. I’d describe it as more of a reduced-carb diet. I cheat sometimes. I still love some pizza. However, in the past 7-8 weeks, I’ve been able to shed a needed 20 lbs and I’m still going. I’ve simply eaten higher quality, more vegetables, less quantity, and do the nightly Apple Cider Vinegar (Ha! No more nightly heartburn). It’s not even been hard! Many thanks! Mike
