Lost 13 kg in 4 months as advised by Dr Eric

Hi. My self Vikram Solanki from India, tried to loose weight but could not do. Did cycling, walking etc but no weight loss. Then change to intermittent fasting as advised by Dr Eric.. Morning Breakfast at 9 then lunch with lot of salad and few fruits AT 2 PM then evening hours 6 PM -bottle gourd boiled juice, after a hour wheat grass juice then finally AT 7.30 PM drum stick soup. I am doing this for last 4-5 month and have reduced weight from 86 kg to 73 kg. Thanks Dr. Eric for your advise and help.
