Losing weight and feeling great!

I found your videos on YouTube and started following around 4 months ago (apr-present). My weight started at 270 and now I weigh 215! :) I am doing the healthy keto plan and intermittent fasting (Omad). I have a few berries each day as dessert and kale mainly as my greens. I also have a few walnuts for healthy fat and protein and I am on a very good vitamin program as everything I take is plant-based and as an example, I take 10,000 IU of D3 and K2 with magnesium and a multivitamin for men, among others. I get a lot of valuable information from your videos and share them constantly. Thank you for doing what you do and touching lives and making a big difference!
