Living with acute sinus problem

Dear Dr. Berg, My name is Afaq Ahmed and I'm originally from Pakistan but have been living and working in the UAE for the past 15 years. After a few years of coming to Dubai, I started getting symptoms of an acute sinus problem, whereupon waking up, I would display signs of an acute allergic reaction. I would be sneezing all day, my nose would be runny, my head would be heavy, etc. This went on for about 12+ years untreated. This used to occur 2 or even 3 times a week.

I went to various ENT specialists but to no avail. They would prescribe me medication that would knock me out or just dry up my sinuses and the whole problem would come back in a day or two. I tried holistic treatment and homeopathy but again, only temporary relief. By the end of it, the condition became extremely intense and I would go through a whole box of tissues on the day and I would sneeze so hard that my head would hurt really bad and my nose would itch because of all very runny mucus being produced all the time. It was becoming unbearable as it was affecting my job/family/social life.

I had been following you for a few years but had never come across your videos of sinus problems. It came up as a suggestion on Youtube so I decided to watch it. This was the video in which you spoke about using Garlic to treat the fungus in the sinus cavity. I followed your instructions thinking it would be another temporary remedy and as it was natural, thought what have I got to lose. Well, I am sure you will be please to hear that it's been 3 months since doing that treatment only once, and It feels that the 12 years of suffering has almost completely stopped in an instant all thanks to your suggestion. The problem has reared its head for an hour or two a few times (but never that intense or frequent).
