I was 340 lbs and now I’m 213 lbs. I cut out all of the fat carbohydrates, I got on the ketogenic diet, and I’m doing the intermittent fast 20 off 4 on. This isn’t just a fad diet, it’s now my lifestyle It saved me from high blood pressure and cholesterol and also pre-diabetes. I now run 8 miles a day. And I’m a truck driver, if I can do it then anyone can!
Is it easy? No. Does it take time? Yes! Is it worth it??? Absolutely!!
