Keto & IF 6.5 months now

The 6-week fitness challenge results. I did not make either of my goals. (17lbs or 5% body fat) But I am OK with that. I am usually so focused and driven when I put my mind to something and if I don't make the goal, it is very difficult for me and I have a hard time letting go. But not this time. I feel at peace about it. I know I did my best. These last 6 weeks were very difficult. The training was the easy part. The traveling on two different weeks and problems encountered with that and then the poison ivy and prednisone...well, that was enough to send me over the edge. But I put my peace in the One who is faithful and He really helped me get through this last week. With everything that happened, I still managed to lose 12 lbs and 3% body fat! In 6 weeks! That is quite the accomplishment. After seeing my before and after pictures side by side, I am even more happy with the results. I still have a little more to go on my journey to health and wellness, but I am so very close now. I am very happy I did this. Keto & IF 6.5 months now SW: 215 CW: 165 GW: <160
