Just finished a 60 day Challenge of trying to gain muscle AND lose fat at the same time! Successful on gaining muscle, but need to focus more on losing the rest of that belly fat! Starting another Challenge on 14 Jan 19, but this time for 90 days! Going to focus on the belly fat this time, but want to maintain/gain muscle too!
