Intermittent Fasting became easy, thanks to Dr. Berg!

I want to thank this group and Dr. Berg. I started in April of this year. I lost 10 pounds. We now eat 2 times a day! Less carbs and high fat really works! My daily smoothie consists of 50 percent fresh moringa leaves, fresh aloe gel, seaweed, some water just to make my blender blades turn, and a drop of unsweetened flavorings. I drink about 10-12 ounces of this after my 18 hour fast just before our meal. It was my husband that found Dr. Berg's video on you tube. Again, thank you all. I could feel and see the difference. I will continue doing 18-6 fast. It is easy.
