Hi! I thought I might share my experience. About 6 months ago, I started following your channel very informative. Following some of your advice, I reduced my carbs to 1-2 times a week. Used to be 1-2 times a day. I added intermittent fasting more salads. Careful selection of vegetables legumes and fruits. Over the last 4 months, dropped 10% of my body weight.

Today my doctor has taken me off my diabetic medication. My HBA1C levels are almost normal. While I eat fish but not enough I will find an omega supplement. I like your format on YouTube short to the point helpful educational advice.
