For years I’ve been suffering from severe chronic back, knees and kidney pain, headaches, burning in my joints, fatigue, excessive rapid weight gain, tiredness, itchy skin, swollen eye lids, skin tags, severe muscle and foot pain and constant sleepless nights along with mood swings and just overall feeling nauseous every second of every day. It would take 5 minutes in the morning getting out of bed to be able to just stand on my feet because of the pain. I came across Dr Berg’s video “What Happens When You Stop Eating Sugar For 14 Days” and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. It was like he was talking about all my symptoms and answers to what had been plaguing me for so long so. I went completely cold turkey with sugar and the next day started counting what would’ve been my sugar intake of my normal eating and drinking habits. Over the first week I stopped counting at 250 teaspoons of sugar. I’m serious. Sugar is in everything even bloody milk. In six weeks I’ve gone down four belt holes in my belt, lost 3 stone (18 kilos) 3 inches around my waist, reduced the severe constant pain throughout my body by about 99%, slept most nights and sure as hell feel so much better, not feeling poisoned. I can’t thank you enough DR and can’t imagine how close to having a heart attack I must have been. I was constantly cramping up prior to your video I understand completely the dangers of sugar my dad passed away just prior to Christmas of 2020 from kidney failure caused by diabetes. He was on dialysis. Check the sugar content of everything you eat and drink it will blow your mind. Thank you again for waking me up with this life saving video God Bless.
