I was really fat, got tired of being fat, I changed. I don’t know how to tell my story, I was sad, angry, so I changed. I used Keto, carnivore, intermittent fasting, 48-hour fasting, I cycled my diet depending on how my body felt, weight loss, energy level, etc. I started boxing, martial arts, I can run!!!! Anyway, thank you for the info and the contribution you had to my weight loss.
