"Im a 17 year high school student. I did intermittent fasting for 3 months by following what Dr Berg said and hit the gym for 3-4 days a week with weight training and little bit of cardio. I was at around 197 lbs when I started doing intermittent fasting and after 2-3 months I'm at around 156 lbs. All thanks to Dr Berg. My clothes have become a lot loose now."
