I’ve had it!!

I’m 52 years old. In May, my weight was 265lbs! Now, my weight is 225 lbs! At first, I did the usual of stoping sugary drinks. Dropped my calories down to less than 1500 calories a day. A lost weight like kind of fast! But at 240lbs. That was it. I could not lose another pound. That’s when I started looking to on Youtube. I had heard of Keto but had no idea what it was. Fasting is the new thing that everybody was doing. I started watching tons of Dr. Bergs videos. I fasted for some 18 hours days. But I have did 24,36 and up to 40 hours so far. Went to OMAD and 2 meals some days. Cut carbs to around 10 a day. I eat mostly meat and vegetables. Sometimes some blueberries or strawberries. Thanks for everything you have done for so many people.
