I started by changing what I ate and the times I ate them about 2 to 3 months ago. I don't snack and have cut out sugar. I take the gallbladder formula and the adrenal formula and my favorite is the wheat grass juice powder. I have lost 23 pounds in this time period. My sleep quality has increased and I have more energy, eliminating the need for energy drinks or coffee I eat 2 to 3 times per day with no snacking. I eat lots of salad and vegetables. I have increased my cheese intake and fat intake. I only eat 3 to 6 ounces of protein per meal but really don't measure it. I learned all this through watching Dr Berg on youtube. Thanks
