I started a gradual change into a keto lifestyle last July 2019. After a few months of low carb and sugar-free living, I had lost about 12 kg. I then found intermittent fasting advice here and adapted my eating habits according to your advice. Now, after a total of nearly seven months, still living keto and intermittent fasting between 16/8 & 20/4 every day I have lost 33kg and still losing. I'm 53 years old and feel stronger, healthier and more pain-free than I have in more than 20 years. I'm never looking back
