I Lost 15 Kilograms

I'm Mexican so I measure my weight loss in kilos instead of pounds. I lost 15 kgs from May 2016 to February 2017. I used a combination of ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting (most days of the week) and I never rushed or stressed about losing weight rapidly... Some weekends I drank beer or whiskey (I know Dr Berg does not approve lol). Maybe I can get away with this because I'm 32 years old and I exercise regularly. Also, after watching Dr. Berg's videos I focused also in improving my sleeping, I'd always choose to sleep my 8 hours rather than wake up early to exercise. Height: 171 cms Original weight: 88kgs Final weight: 73 kgs
