Transformation Tuesday... This was taken on May 20th with a weight loss of 43lbs and my last weight was this past Saturday with 47lbs gone. I started this journey on the morning of January 22, 2019. I go to the gym 3 mornings per week, do my core workout 4 days per week, follow strict keto, do IF, and have not touched alcohol once since starting. It does work and the health benefits are amazing. Just to name a few, I had severe insomnia and anxiety with frequent panic attacks before starting and now my insomnia is completely gone, my anxiety is 98% gone with absolutely no more panic attacks. Keto on!!!
