Hello, I wanted to share my whole journey, I hope that's ok. Six years ago my hormones got out of balance which caused me to rapidly put on weight. In addition to that my anxiety skyrocketed and so depression started which led to getting really lazy with what I ate, which of course added to the weight. January 2017 I was at my heaviest in my life, 183, I felt horrid, my body was falling apart, I even had a cancer scare after losing my Mom to cancer. I didn't recognize myself anymore. So I started eating healthy again and started working out 6 days a week. I have chronic fatigue so I had to really push myself. I got down to 150lbs last October and then life happened. Long story short I stopped working out, ate ok but not as carefully and 13lbs piled right back on.
