I started watching Dr. Berg's videos about 16 months ago. When I began the Keto diet, I weighed 215 lbs. I am now at 177 lbs. I didn’t begin my Keto journey just to lose weight. I started it primarily to reduce inflammation in my body. I have had severe back and joint pain for ten years. I do feel better although I cannot claim that I am pain-free, but not carrying 40lbs has its benefits regarding my joints. Dr Berg has been instrumental in educating me as well as keeping me motivated on my Keto journey.
