My cholesterol reduced from HIGH to Normal and My HbA1c has dropped to 5.9 from 7.6 after 8 years

I did practice 16:8 of IF and then regular diet Lunch (Indian style more carb with rice) and Low Carb diet for Dinner and more Fat on to it. Added to that, did increase my walking from 1hr to 2hrs a day splitting across morning and evening. I stopped all new molecules as new Diabetic medicines. Just with 500mg Metformin twice a day (after L/D). I could reduce my weight upto 12LBS within 45 days. NOT JUST THAT!!! My cholesterol reduced from HIGH to Normal and My HbA1c has dropped to 5.9 from 7.6 after 8 years . This worked really good to me. Hope others can follow and get healthier!!!
