My name is Sheetal Kurup, and I am from Mumbai, India. I started following you since 25 Dec 2018. I was visiting my brother in Texas and I am from Mumbai at that time when I came across your video. My brother told me about keto and intermittent fasting and I wanted to knw more. So, I have been an athlete growing up is I am 38 now, and I always thought I kept myself fit by regular workouts but due to whatver reasons I was at a point where I had gained a lot of weight and was struggling each day to go back to being my normal healthy self. I came across your video, n then another video and another .. it’s been 2 years. And I have managed to keep myself healthy since then. Dr Berg, thanks to you, I realised that I was allergic to lactins and I immediately stopped eating all the veggies you recommend. And along with that I started doing intermittent fasting and healthy keto. Just the way u recommend. I started weight training after that. And now I feel fab. I am a success story..
