I am originally from Morocco but I have lived in the USA for 35 years. my daily breakfast is green tea no sugar sometimes with fresh mint and cold pressed pure olive oil with whole wheat bread and dates. at home we eat of tagines (moroccan dish) that consists of fresh vegetables cooked with olive oil on slow heat. actually moroccan mint tea is very health as long as we do not add sugar to it. thanks
