I am 5'5 and was 180lbs. I began to in the keto diet 6 months ago. 4 months ago I implemented intermittent fasting. I generally eat in a 4-hour window just 2 meals a-day and I have never felt better in my life I have so much energy to keep up with my kids I feel good and the weight loss has just been a side effect of the new healthy me. I am now at 140lbs and still dropping. I watch at least one video of Dr. Berg's every day for knowledge and motivation.
