By following Dr. Berg's keto and intermittent fasting tips I have so much more energy and happiness. I didn’t have to lose weight but I am losing extra fat and my blood sugars are a lot better. I used to depend on carbs and sugar to function and go to bed but now i eat fatty proteins , vegetables, and keto fruits and I’m gaining muscle and improving my running times. Bulgarian yogurt has been a huge key ingredient that keeps me happy and healthy, I use to suffer a lot with stomach pains and immune problems (EOE) all symptoms are gone.
