Getting Healthy at 50

I started watching your videos about 3 years ago (I’ll be 51 in a few days). I'm 6’2”, was close to 230lbs, drank 6 plus drink daily, and ate a lot of junk. By primarily, using intermittent fasting and the cleaner eating you recommend, I am now at 178 lbs and have increased my skeletal muscle (I use a scale that calculates that and I’ve increased 5%). I do eat low carb and often go into ketosis, but I haven’t made that a high level concern. I still have a couple of drinks on some days, but often don’t drink at all. I have shared you and your videos and several friends have lost a great deal of weight as well. It might be worth mentioning that I did this with my T levels on the low end of things - still worked!
