Here is my before and after in 7 months! I started Keto and Intermittent Fasting at the end of February! I cheated a bit but kept carbs to less than 80 gr/day, drank beer and wine .... Still lost 45 pounds in the process! Walked, ran 10 km 2 times a week, went to the gym 2-3 times a week. If I can do it, so can you! Just go for it! Blood pressure dropped from 160/90 to 110/70 Feel better than when I was 35. In a few weeks I’ll be 53!!
