I want to thank you first Dr. Berg for all of your videos and sharing the truth about how to get healthy. I’m 41 and started my journey at 310 pounds. I did just like you said and started at 16-8 fast with 3 meals. Now I do the 20/21hr fast with 1 to 2 meals. I’ve lost 30 pounds in 2 months! It started slow but I felt better than I have in years. Cravings, gone! Hunger, gone! It was so easy. I don’t know why I never knew about insulin resistance before. I love your sense of humor and the way you teach people! Keep up the great work! You are a Godsend!
