You taught me alot, and i've been spreading it around. It's honestly pretty simple. I'm mentally ill, but I can subside my symptoms by having a very healthy diet filled with plenty of kalium and lots of natural fats and fish. I exercise very hard and i no longer experience hallucinations. I find it interesting that this works, since i used to be on very heavily sedating medications. Thanks alot for giving me a window into the world of nutrition. I've helped alot of other people from what you've shared. Much love from Denmark, Rasmus.
