I finally found what works for me. The picture on the left is 30 pounds ago. I was struggling to resist the carb/sugar cravings after hard shifts. I’m a labor and delivery nightshift nurse and it was soooo hard to feel good when you’re so sleep-deprived! I am loving this keto lifestyle. I learned how to adjust my macros when needed, fast, carb-cycle, and love myself through the process! Living my best life!! Consistency is key.
