Carb face on the left, keto face on the right. Down 19 pounds. Started in in Jan, but it took me a while to get dialed in. Dr. Berg’s book helped with that tremendously. I have the best results with strict keto, IF & OMAD, plus at least 40 mins of exercise most days. I use Map my Ride, activity tracker on my Apple Watch and Carb Master to stay dialed in. I’ve also started working toward getting enough quality sleep. On June 1, I started the 30 day Squeaky clean Keto Challenge and dropped dairy, nuts and all sweeteners, except for Dr. Berg’s electrolytes and wheatgrass powder which I incorporate in a daily kale smoothie. I’ve shed 9 pounds in 14 days. I still have a few pounds to go. I want to thank everyone who has shared their progress! You have kept me inspired! SW 156 CW 137 GW 126
