Bye bye high triglycerides!

I have been doing keto & IF for about 1.5 months. All my life I have had high triglycerides and tried various approaches to lower them; from being vegan (which made my hair fall out) to various other diets. I didn't want to take any prescription drugs to lower my triglycerides then I tried keto & IF. In 1 month my triglycerides went from 400 to 150. My triglycerides were never this low in my entire life. I also lost 10 lbs, got tons of energy back & feel awesome. My Dr. said keep doing what you doing and so I hope I can stay on this healthy train for a long time.
