Best I have felt in 20 years

On April 4th, 2021, I weighed myself. I weighed 227...I felt horrible and moody. I decided I needed to make a change and went to Youtube for help. There I found Dr. Berg and started watching his videos. I never heard of insulin resistance before and never thought I had a problem with blood sugar. Well, it turns out I was insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. I switched to a keto diet and started IF that week. Six weeks later, I weighed 199 which was great. I looked and felt better but the biggest change was my mood. It was transformational. Probably saved my marriage too. THANK YOU!
