First picture is about a month or two before starting KETO. Although I'm about 6 lbs shy of my goal weight of 138lbs now, I've made vast improvements!! I've been doing IF the last 2 months & it really works. I eat between 9am & 5pm. I exercise WAY LESS now than before doing Keto. I'm active (I'm a nurse) but not having to kill myself at the gym. Keto on my friends!! #ketonurse #ketoRN
