Hello Dr. Berg. Following your advice on intermittent fasting, I decided to try 16/8 then gradually made my way to OMAD which I have been on for the last 2 months. Because I do a lot of weight and strength training, I still have maintained 74kgs but a lot of body fat has melted off. I have kept a lot of my muscles and burnt a crazy amount of belly fat. Thank you so much for the work you put in to provide us with actual verifiable information. All this in 2 and a half months! Amazing.Thank you!
