Every day for many, many years of trial and error health enhancement experiences and was never satisfied. It was either too hard to keep up the routine, to this or that. I stumbled upon some Dr Berg tutorials that were really educational and empowering. The content of these tutorials continues to develop in me an ongoing, relevant and unbiased understanding that really helps me to encounter the challenges of living well. I have been on omad for several months. Starting with excluding sugar and major carbohydrates. This was not too challenging as I was able to use keto principles such as finding fullness satisfaction in healthy keto foods in the best proportions. A little bit of getting used to not habitually reaching for the fixes and carbohydrates hits I has been relying on for the whole of life to that point. I obviously had insulin intolerance, liver issues and had been assessed as borderline Hashimotos not mention a litany of associated unresolved problems as a result of my state. So 3 months down the road to recovery and besides the shrinking layer of fat that had made its way on to me over a couple of decades, my spirit and heart towards living were restoring in unison. I am approaching things with a greater sense of purpose due to becoming more focused and less distracted by the things that now seem rather menial after prolonged application of healthy keto. I still have weakness and will as long as I'm human but happy to addresses life from a better perspective. Nich
