Absolutely works! Due to the pandemic, I went from 148 to 172. By September, I started working out sporadically at home but due to other issues I wasn’t really dedicated but was down 9 lbs by January. I started IF on January 2nd, right after the new year. I did also work out which isn’t necessarily required with IF but there were areas I wanted to tone. I lost another 10 lbs by Valentine’s Day. I am happy to report I currently weigh 135 lbs. I lost 6 inches off my waist, I didn’t measure my arms or thighs but the cellulite on my thighs is gone and my arms look like they did twenty years ago, muscular when flexed, but toned and feminine when relaxed. Aside from that, I just look and feel more healthy in general. It works and it doesn’t feel like you’re starving yourself or anything at all. It seems to me to be more of a lifestyle at this point than a diet. Wish you all the best in your journeys.
