I started keto on May 22, 2021, because my husband discovered Dr. Berg and began his journey. I started to notice his difference early on. Some of my mistakes have been not eating enough fat or greens, but as I’m focusing on those aspects more, my weight has continued to drop and I’m almost 30 pounds down!
